Admission to the School is open to all boys and girls between the ages of 3 to 16 for day boarders and 9 to 16 irrespective of social status, religion or nationality. Applications are usually accepted for children seeking entry into LKG for day boarders and Classes V and IX and class XI for which the child has to be registered. Applications are received and children called for an Entrance test/Interviews only if there are vacancies.
Entrance Test
The students appear for a test in subjects-English, Hindi, Maths, Science and General Awareness, the syllabus for which is given before hand. No sample questions papers are available for the same.
Documents Required with the Admission Form
The admission procedure commences with the registration of the students. Registration however does not confirm admission of the student. All registered students then appear for an entrance examination, the date for which is intimated to the parents. A student secures a seat for himself/herself on the basis of merit rating and vacancy. The final decision, nevertheless, rests with the Principal.
Documents required at the time of admission are:
Original School Leaving Certificate, if studied in a school earlier.
Photocopy of Report Card, if studied in school earlier.
Passport-size photographs (four in school uniform).
Stamp-size photographs (two in school uniform).
Note
Admission of a student to any class is provisional till all the documentary requirements are complied with. All documents are to be produced within a period of 40 days from the admission date in all eventuality, failing which the provisional admission will stand cancelled automatically & the school will not be responsible for any loss to the student in any manner.
